Retired Visa
A retired foreign national will be given a residence permit without a sponsor or host within the country for five years, renewable under the same terms as when first granted.
This visa allows a retiree whose age is 55 yeas old and above to apply for a 5-years renewable residence permit. The husband or wife and children can be sponsored.

One of the two conditions must be met:
1. have worked for not less than 15 years, and be 55 years old or more at the time of retirement and have a monthly income of AED 20,000 , and provide bank statement for the last six months.
2. This service allows a retiree owning a property the purchase value of which is equal to or more than 1 million AED at the time of purchase, whose age is 55 yeas old and above to apply for a 5-years renewable residence permit.
